For nearly two decades Monique Ross Banks has been behind some of the biggest and most
fabulous events across the Tri-State. Whether a personal celebration or corporate event, Monique creates one-of-a-kind experiences. Her philosophy is that no two events can ever be the same,
because no two clients are the same. Monique takes a collaborative, relationship-based approach to uncovering who her client is and their vision, and then translating that into an unforgettable
experience. While each event Monique orchestrates is different, what never changes is her attention to every detail and passion for making her clients (and their guests) beyond happy. Over the past 20 years Monique’s clients have come back again and again because when you work with Monique you also gain access to a group of renowned, in demand vendors who share her passion and philosophy. Collectively their goal is that each guest leave a MBP event with a sense of sincere joy feeling they were at the best event ever!

 

 

Ariel Banks

Ariel Banks grew up in a world filled with amazing events and celebrations. The daughter of a
premiere event planner, Ariel learned the art of creating unforgettable experiences early on. The more time Ariel spent at events, the more she found herself imagining new food and drink pairings. It’s no surprise that even as a young girl Ariel became the go-to “foodie” amongst friends and family. Ariel translated her passion for all things food and festivities into a successful career first working with Peter Callahan and then at Sonnier & Castle. Following her work at Sonnier & Castle, Ariel joined Monique Banks Party as Partner and Trend-Sensor. Ariel’s reputation for being on the cusp of what’s trending extends beyond food. She has a unique ability to discover what’s next before it goes
mainstream which results in “WOW” moments for event guests and adds to the one-of-a-kind
experience you have at a MBP event.
